When working with clients, we like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, we teach you how to track your caloric intake so that we are safe, efficient and effective with weight gain or weight loss goals. Our initial strategy for weight loss is to focus on reducing caloric intake while increasing energy output through exercise. In order to make the process even more efficient we emphasize strength training as well.

We do not focus on any type of diet plans because most are not long term solutions. Others are not as efficient when coupled with strength training. We influence a process that supports a lifestyle change instead of temporary solution.
