How do I lose weight safely?
Our initial strategy for weight loss is to focus on reducing caloric intake while increasing energy output through exercise. In order to make the process even more efficient we emphasize strength training as well.
Do I have to diet to lose weight?
We do not focus on any type of diet plans because most are not long term solutions. Others are not as efficient when coupled with strength training. We influence a process that supports a lifestyle change instead of temporary solution.
